I attempted a picture while Ori slept but at the first sound of the camera shutter he jerked up and into his standard position, sleepily looking straight at the camera. It’s like a conditioned response but I only feed him when he does tricks. The same thing happens with my Flip cam or the camera on my phone. If I’m attempting to shoot something that doesn’t involve him, I’ll often get an sharp meow. If I don’t respond he tries to insert himself into the scene. His front paws are in a many of my pictures.
